Husch Blackwell Engaged to Represent Regional Transportation District in Denver Union Station Redevelopment

Husch Blackwell LLP has been engaged to represent the Regional Transportation District in association with its redevelopment of the Denver Union Station Historic Building. This engagement helps to facilitate the adaptive re-use of the Historic Building. In addition to housing Amtrak and RTD facilities, the new Denver Union Station will also feature a boutique hotel, bar, restaurant and retail operations. RTD anticipates a grand reopening in March 2014.
