Husch Blackwell has earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index for the fifth year in a row.
The CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related workplace policies and practices such as non-discrimination protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.
Husch Blackwell’s work to meet all of the CEI’s ranking criteria once again resulted in the firm’s 100 percent ranking and designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality, one of only 686 businesses nationwide to earn the designation in 2020. The firm’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion has earned a 100 percent rating from HRC each year since 2016.
