Husch Blackwell announced the completion of construction on its new location in Minneapolis. The firm will remain in the heart of downtown as it moves from the IDS Center to the Wells Fargo Center, a 57-story office building. Attorneys and business professionals will transition to the new office beginning today.
The firm will lease more than 25,000 square feet with the build out incorporating design principles from other locations to foster collaboration and maximize space efficiency while also providing ample space to support colleagues who reside in The Link, Husch Blackwell’s virtual office.
Husch Blackwell’s Minneapolis Office office is home to 26 attorneys spanning multiple practice areas including corporate, energy and natural resources, intellectual property, and litigation, and 13 business professionals. The office was established in May 2023.
Husch Blackwell partnered with Mission Construction, Partners by Design, Stantec, and Colliers on the project. Partners by Design has won numerous awards for prior Husch Blackwell office build outs, including Kansas City and St. Louis. Other tenants in the building include Wells Fargo Bank, Colliers, and Spencer Stuart.
