National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce its continued growth in Nashville, Tennessee, with the addition of partner Erin Hughes, who joins the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Construction industry team. She joins the firm from Holland & Knight.
Hughes helps clients effectuate their business plans through leasing and acquiring real estate. She counsels property owners, operators, tenants, landlords, and developers nationwide as they navigate leasing, development, and the real estate components of merger and acquisition transactions.

She has been instrumental in the growth of one of Nashville’s largest locally owned breweries and one of the nation’s largest retail coffee franchisees in multiple submarkets. Hughes has advised clients on numerous development projects, including notable ones that have transformed the Nashville skyline. A life-long Nashvillian, Hughes is deeply committed to making her city a better place to live, work, and play. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Civic Design Center and is a former board Member of the Centennial Park Conservancy.
