Equality Illinois identified Husch Blackwell as one of the top Illinois law firms for LGBTQ diversity and inclusive practices. The recognition was the result of the firm’s participation in Equality Illinois’ 12th annual law firm survey, which assessed “firms’ commitment to their LGBTQ attorneys and staff, as well as the firms’ engagement with the LGBTQ community at large.”
The survey results were published today in Raising the Bar: Recognizing Best Practices in Recruiting, Hiring and Retaining LGBTQ Employees. The report also provides information about the Illinois legal industry’s non-discrimination policies, workplace practices and outreach to the LGBTQ community.
