Husch Blackwell welcomes Associate Ashley L. Flor to the St. Louis, Mo., office. Joining the firm’s Corporate group, she will concentrate her practice in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Flor previously practiced with the AmLaw 100 firm Latham & Watkins LLP, in its Orange County office located in Costa Mesa, California (2013-2015). While there, she completed more than $50 billion in mergers and acquisitions transactions and drafted SEC filings including proxy statements, 14D-9, S-4, prospectus and 8-K filings.
Flor received her J.D., cum laude, from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Mo. (2013). Prior to law school, Flor founded and directed Learn English STL, a customizable language learning program (2009-2011). Flor received her B.A., cum laude, in International Relations & Linguistics, from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles (2009).
