Mark Arnold and Virginia Fry Appointed to the Missouri Supreme Court's Committee on Expert Discovery

Husch Blackwell Sanders' Mark G. Arnold and Virginia L. Fry were appointed to the Missouri Supreme Court's Ad Hoc Committee to study Expert Discovery. The committee was formed to provide useful information regarding the costs and benefits of utilizing expert testimony in the court system.

Arnold is a Partner in the firm's St. Louis, Missouri, office. He handles all phases of complex litigation including antitrust, securities, pension and welfare, and toxic tort and products liability cases. He also has extensive experience defending class actions. Arnold is also a member of the Missouri Supreme Court's Civil Rules Committee. Fry is a Managing Partner in the firm's Springfield, Missouri, office and is a member of the firm's partner board. Fry handles fiduciary and employment litigation, frequently defending management in wrongful discharge, harassment, discrimination and related state and federal employment claims.
