From Washington, D.C., Senior Counsel Kyle Gilster participated in live election day analysis on WSTX 970 Radio, which broadcasts in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Drawing upon his years of experience in various senior legal and legislative positions on Capitol Hill, Sachs has successfully lobbied and provided policy and administrative law support on behalf of a number of well-known clients at the local, state, and federal levels of government. In addition to his six years of experience on Capitol Hill, Sachs has 15 years of private sector legal and/or government relations experience.

Martin is a highly regarded political strategist who is credited with helping engineer the successful U.S. Senate campaign of Sen. Claire McCaskill. Before working as Sen. McCaskill’s Campaign Manager, Martin served for six years as Director of Tax Policy for Sprint. Additionally, Martin managed Gov. Bob Holden's successful first campaign for Governor in 2000 and served as Executive Director of the Missouri Democratic Party.

Prior to joining the firm, Gilster worked on Capitol Hill for six years, most recently as legal counsel for the House Financial Services Committee. A Nebraska native, Gilster served on the personal staff of Nebraska Congressman Doug Bereuter and has worked with both the Nebraska State Legislature and Nebraska State Attorney General's office.
