Denyse L. Jones Joins Husch Blackwell Sanders

Husch Blackwell Sanders welcomes Denyse L. Jones to the Litigation Department. She joins the firm’s St. Louis-Clayton office as an associate. Her practice will focus on Business Litigation.

Jones worked with Jones Day in Dallas, Texas, as an associate since 2002. She represented plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation matters. While there, she successfully defended mortgage lenders in several residential mortgage cases in both state and federal courts.

Jones held a judicial clerkship with the Supreme Court of Missouri for the Honorable Judge Duane Benton from 2001 to 2002. Jones earned her J.D., cum laude (2001), from Tulane University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude (1996), from Saint Louis University. She is admitted to practice in Texas and Missouri.

Jones became a Certified Public Accountant in 1998. She was selected as a “Rising Star” in Business Litigation by Texas Super Lawyers in 2006. She has made presentations at the Fort Worth Paralegal Association Seminar and the Texas Advanced Paralegal Seminar.
