  • Represented defendant in trademark and trade dress infringement case in the U.S. District for the Northern District of California involving packaging and color combinations used for packaging pet care products.
  • Represented defendants in trade secrets misappropriation, unfair competition and breach of contract action in Illinois relating to veterinary CAT and MRI scanners and related technologies.
  • Represented plaintiff in two breach of contract/covenant not to compete lawsuits in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas involving a leading pioneer in probiotics for dairy and feedlot cattle.
  • Represented defendant in an antitrust case in the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Texas on behalf of a cattle growth implant manufacturer.
