Represented defendant in trademark and trade dress infringement case in the U.S. District for the Northern District of California involving packaging and color combinations used for packaging pet care products.
Represented defendants in trade secrets misappropriation, unfair competition and breach of contract action in Illinois relating to veterinary CAT and MRI scanners and related technologies.
Represented plaintiff in two breach of contract/covenant not to compete lawsuits in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas involving a leading pioneer in probiotics for dairy and feedlot cattle.
Represented defendant in an antitrust case in the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Texas on behalf of a cattle growth implant manufacturer.
