Interest/Penalties (Private): Subcontractor: interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
Owner to Prime Contractor (Public): 30 days after receiving receipt, satisfactory delivery of goods, or performance of services.
Prime Contractor to Subcontractor (Public): 10 days after receipt of payment from the owner.
Interest/Penalties (Public): Interest at the prime rate plus 2%.
