Situation

A parcel next to Greenway Station, a 51-acre outdoor lifestyle retail center in Middleton, Wisconsin, sat undeveloped for nearly 10 years due to a plummeting real estate market. A local development firm saw an opportunity to transform the property into market-rate residential living and turned to Husch Blackwell to structure, manage and close the $15.7 million deal.

Result
