Situation
National student housing developer needed ‘on the ground’ transactional experience for housing development at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE.
Result
We worked with the developer to acquire real estate for the 600-bed project, assisted with the financing, and provided guidance on navigating through various local codes, regulations, tax, due diligence and contracting issues relating to the development and construction of the project.
