Situation
TE Connectivity owned 60 acres in the highly desirable Silicon Valley city of Menlo Park, California. Facebook.com wanted to acquire the property for the expansion of its world headquarters.
Result
A team of Husch Blackwell attorneys represented TE Connectivity in the complex $100 million-plus sale-leaseback transaction with Facebook. Most of the campus was simultaneously leased back to TE Connectivity for up to eight years. Additional details of this transaction can be found here.
