Situation

Pearl Senior Living is developing, marketing and operating a new senior living community in Steamboat Springs, Colo. For two years we worked with the company on site acquisition, entitlements and tax-exempt bond financing, and we are now advising in the preparation of residency agreements, marketing and other issues before the official opening of Casey’s Pond.

Result

Construction is underway on the $38 million, 117,000-square-foot independent and assisted living and skilled nursing community.
