Situation

INROADS Inc., a national nonprofit organization that places minority youth in internships, sought to realize efficiencies by reorganizing its 50-year-old governance structure. The structure involved regional entities that were stand-alone corporations but affiliated with the national entity through articles of affiliation.

Result

Our team dissolved several regional affiliates, merged other affiliates into the national entity, amended and restated the bylaws, and revised the mission statement.
