Situation
A developer planned a multifamily development to help satisfy the housing demand resulting from several corporate relocations to North Texas. We represented the developer of the four-phase multifamily and retail development that is part of a $500 million mixed-use project next to a regional corporate hub.
Result
This 1,250-unit apartment development will enable residents to enjoy easy access to the corporate campus, public transportation and the amenities of an urban village.
