Situation
A national used car company constructing a new facility in St. Peters, Missouri, was concerned that a new highway ramping plan being promoted by local government engineers for federal funding would greatly impair customer access to the site.
Result
As a result, in part, of Husch Blackwell's efforts to help promote alternative scenarios with municipal, county and state highway officials, the proposed highway plan was abandoned and the facility is operating at full capacity.
