Situation

Harsco Corp., a multinational corporation with operations in mining, manufacturing and transportation, wanted to sell industrial property in Milwaukee. The sale was complicated by the fact that the transaction required approval and clearance from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for a voluntary clean-up of the contaminated site.

Result
