The presentation will focus on the effect of the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission on the political activities of corporations. Attendees will learn about new options for communicating with the public regarding federal issues, existing disclosure requirements, tax law implications and possible developments between now and November 2010.
