Kim Jones Included in Ingram's 40 Under Forty Class

Husch Blackwell Sanders proudly announces that Kim Jones has been included in Ingram’s 40 Under Forty Class of 2009. The honor is reserved for the most accomplished business and community leaders in the region under 40 years of age.

Jones focuses her practice in the areas of Labor & Employment and Class Actions. She has successfully represented employers in trial/arbitration as lead counsel and has successfully handled class and collective actions on behalf of employers with facilities nationwide. Her practice also involves training client employees across the country on a variety of employment issues, as well as providing employers with day-to-day counsel on human resource issues. Jones has been previously awarded the title of a Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyer in the area of Employment Litigation: Defense in both 2007 and 2008.

Jones has served as chair of the firm's Diversity Committee since 2004 and is on the Steering Committee of Heartland Labor & Employment Institute. She is also a board member for Central Exchange and on the Kansas City Steering Committee for the Human Rights Campaign, the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) lobbying group and political action committee in the United States.
