The 77 West Wacker Drive office of Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP is officially open. Expanding to the Chicago market, the firm has asked current Partner John Mandelbaum to manage its newest office.
This is the most recent expansion for Husch Blackwell Sanders. There are also plans to open a Denver, Colo., office this month, which will bring the firm to a total of 18 offices.
“We’d like to grow the Chicago office quickly,” said David Fenley, the co-chair of Husch Blackwell Sanders. “With John’s assistance and an already strong client-base in Chicago, we have commenced recruiting local lawyers.”
Mandelbaum joined Husch Blackwell Sanders, formerly Blackwell Sanders, in 1989. From 1999 to 2007, he served as office managing partner of the firm’s London office, where he was responsible for the firm’s international business activities.
