On July 15, 2013, Husch Blackwell and Brown McCarroll joined forces and are known as Husch Blackwell in all markets.

Brown McCarroll is pleased to welcome three new associates to the Firm.

“Brown McCarroll is very pleased to introduce our new attorneys who have recently joined the Firm to help with the increasing demand for our transactional legal services,” said Adam Hauser, managing partner. “To keep up with this demand and ensure we continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients, our new attorneys have the credentials and characteristics we rely on to build strong, long-standing relationships with our clients and we are delighted to welcome them to the Firm.”

Chauncey Lane joins the firm’s Transactional Practice Group in the Austin office. Mr. Lane earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from Texas Tech University and his LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. While pursuing his LL.M., Mr. Lane worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance. Mr. Lane has previous law firm experience as an associate with a large firm in Austin where he maintained a diverse corporate and regulatory practice. Mr. Lane also served as a Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Military Justice (Paralegal) in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps.

Alison Hollender joins the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group in the Dallas office. Ms. Hollender earned her J.D., cum laude, from SMU and her Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Ms. Hollender has worked as a law clerk for Brown McCarroll for the past two years and recently sat for the Texas Bar exam. She has also served as an intern for the Honorable Paul D. Stickney, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas.

Sadie Fitzpatrick joins the firm’s Transactional Practice Group in the Dallas office. Ms. Fitzpatrick earned her J.D., cum laude, from SMU. Prior to joining Brown McCarroll, she served as a research attorney for the Honorable Barbara Hervey and before that a briefing attorney for the Honorable Larry Meyers, both at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in Austin, Texas. Ms. Fitzpatrick served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Ken Tapscott, County Court at Law No. 4 in Dallas, Texas.
