Yinka assists clients with end-to-end real estate–secured transactions. Working with lenders and borrowers, she guides a wide variety of complex financing, structuring, purchases and sales, and joint venture agreements. Yinka assists large and small clients across sectors that include hospitality, retail, restaurants, multifamily and mixed-use developments, office buildings, and emerging startups. Projects she handles include U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) matters.
Clients appreciate Yinka’s background as corporate counsel for a commercial real estate investment company and her resulting understanding of business demands. She also served as primary counsel for an independent movie production facility, from acquisition to studio licensing.
Yinka first studied law in Nigeria and practiced as a litigator. She’s a keen observer and a strategic thinker who spots opportunities and trends, and communicates them clearly to clients.
