Bill guides client matters much like he approaches raising his twin daughters: with a high degree of care, dedication and collaboration.

Bill knows that working collaboratively starts with the relationship between attorney and client, building trust while pinpointing each client’s specific goals and business needs. A corporate and healthcare lawyer, he enjoys helping clients develop, maintain and grow their business – whether they are early-stage technology companies, or established private companies or healthcare systems. As part of the firm’s Healthcare Team, Bill finds optimal solutions for clients in matters including:

  • Mergers, acquisitions affiliations
  • Commercial contracting
  • Entity formation and organization
  • Financing and capitalization
  • Governance

Clients appreciate Bill’s background gained at a Big Four public accounting firm, where he provided tax consulting services to multi-national employers. Additionally, Bill’s practice previously encompassed tax, estate planning, succession planning and tax-exempt entities before focusing on corporate and healthcare matters. His experience forms a solid backdrop for the transactional matters clients may face on a day-to-day basis.

Husch Blackwell Lands Two Healthcare Groups in Wisconsin

“That two prominent groups of lawyers from two different firms see the same potential and opportunity at Husch Blackwell speaks volumes about our firm’s commitment to Madison and the larger Wisconsin market,” said Paul Eberle, Husch Blackwell’s Chief Executive.

Outside the Office

Bill and his wife stay comfortably busy with their young twin daughters.

Bill and his wife have introduced the twins to the Madison Children’s Museum, local parks, the Capitol, being jogging-stroller passengers in various races around the community, and, of course, State Street. Both he and his wife are Madison natives, who enjoy spending time with extended family. The couple also looks forward to annual ski trips.
