Tiffany counsels business clients in all aspects of complex employment and immigration law matters, including family and medical leave, noncompetition agreements, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour issues. She routinely assists with the preparation and review of employee handbooks and employment contracts, as well as employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications. Tiffany is a member of Husch Blackwell’s Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education group.
Tiffany’s attention to employment and immigration issues, in the context of her clients’ entire business, leads to innovative, practical and cost-effective solutions. She represents employers before administrative agencies on a broad range of employment law and litigation matters, as well as in state and federal court.
Before joining Husch Blackwell, Tiffany served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey A. Conen in the Civil Division of the Milwaukee County Court. She also worked at a global corporate immigration law firm, where she supervised a team that focused on employment-based green card filings for key employees.
