Seth focuses his practice on real estate transaction matters.

Much of Seth's practice consists of representing clients in their acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate; helping clients comply with, and resolve disputes related to, zoning codes; assisting clients with the entitlement and development of real estate; representing landlords and tenants in lease negotiations; and counseling clients on real estate related tax credit matters.

Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Seth was a real estate law intern with Georgia Pacific and a regional real estate law firm in Atlanta, Georgia.
