As a real estate attorney, Scott appreciates the breadth of issues that investors, developers, contractors, municipalities and other stakeholders must juggle. From trends in land use to opportunity zones, and from self storage to stadiums, Scott aims to develop win-win collaboration for clients in order to keep projects on track from blueprint to build and beyond.

He is appreciated for his ability to bring everyone to the table and make complex legal issues easily understood. Outside the Office

Scott grew up on a ski team and applies the lessons he learned on the hill to his legal practice.

Scott is also an avid indoor cyclist. He and his boyfriend, Nick, enjoy traveling, especially to the country’s National Parks. Their home also includes an adopted Chi-Spaniel, Nigel. Scott is also an avid cook and baker, appreciated especially for sharing his homemade muffins with office colleagues.
