Overview

Sandy is a senior paralegal who helps clients and attorneys with condominium and homeowner association matters.

Account analysis, collection of assessments, and filing of condominium and maintenance liens and lien foreclosures in courts throughout Wisconsin are some of the issues Sandy coordinates. For real estate legal teams, Sandy prepares executive summaries, compiles maintenance and repair checklists, and revises rules and regulations for associations. She also works closely with clients to ensure effective representation in all aspects of community association law.

Sandy collaborates closely with two lawyers on the firm’s real estate team who are the only Wisconsin attorneys admitted to the national College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL), which recognizes excellence in the practice. Clients and attorneys value Sandy’s nearly three decades of experience in the industry.
