R.D. has more than 20 years of experience in state and local government, with an emphasis on public policy and political management. He served as the Senior Strategic Advisor and Director of Government Affairs for Colorado's Governor John Hickenlooper, and co-founded a Colorado-based public affairs firm in 2012.
