Philip focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He regularly represents financial institutions and other businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes and replevin of personal property.

He also has experience representing high net worth individuals, small businesses, and large lending institutions in breach of warranty litigation, trade secret litigation, real estate, employment law, fiduciary litigation, class action defense, and business and personal bankruptcy. Philip has secured favorable outcomes for his clients by obtaining early dismissals of claims, negotiating appealing settlements, and achieving favorable judgments. He is also committed to staying abreast of emerging issues in data privacy.
