Patrick helps clients develop broad strategies for real estate financing, operations, development and M&A.

Patrick has represented a wide range of clients—including lenders, developers, tenants, and owners—on a variety of real estate transactions. He has assisted lenders on numerous real estate transactions and routinely tackles drafting and negotiating loan documents, conveyance documents and title reviews. He has experience with a variety of loan and finance types. Patrick routinely prepares and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, private placement memoranda, subscription agreements and other related agreements.

In addition to his finance work, Patrick has assisted with numerous acquisitions and sales of real property and has handled real-estate related transactions, including the drafting and negotiations of commercial leases for tenants and landlords, as well as commercial contracting. Patrick routinely works closely with owners, sponsors, developers, investors, partners and entrepreneurs through acquisition, development, operations and disposition.

Outside the Office

Outside the office Patrick is an avid wood worker. He enjoys building furniture and making cutting boards and charcuterie boards for family and friends. When he is not woodworking, Patrick is cheering for his Texas Longhorns and spending time with his wife and son.
