Patricia has years of experience working in commercial real estate transactions and renewable wind and solar projects.

Her substantial background in real estate includes title, survey and due diligence review; title insurance coverage, rules and procedures; and property development, with an emphasis in contract drafting and negotiations and review of financing documents. Additionally, she is knowledgeable about drafting easements, restrictions, joint use agreements and other documents related to the development, acquisition, construction, operation and disposition of commercial property, including subdivision developments and retail centers.

She is experienced in working on development projects from beginning to end, representing lenders and borrowers, preparing and negotiating loan documents, and representing developers in the development of commercial projects. Patricia has performed due diligence, drafted leases and easements for development of land, and has worked with energy companies to amend leases and easements; obtain consents to encroach; and enter into agreements related to driveways and streets crossing gas pipelines.

Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Patricia practiced at DuBois, Bryant and Campbell and held executive positions and served as in-house counsel to the LandPlan Development Corp., Republic Title of Texas and Fidelity National Title.
