As a corporate attorney, Nina is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and private equity investors succeed.

Specializing in the design, launch and expansion of emerging growth companies in Silicon Slopes, Utah, Nina works with the firm’s Corporate Team to help clients and their investors navigate fast-growing sectors, including eCommerce, software as a service (SaaS), health technology, data analytics, telecommunications and related consumer products. Nina also is adept at navigating large international companies through both the buy and sell side of transactions.

Outside the Office

Even during her off hours, Nina tends to go the extra mile.

Nina enjoys all genres of music, having played piano competitively for 14 years, and played violin. She also practices Taekwondo, and has obtained her first-degree black belt.
