Nicole is an attorney in Husch Blackwell’s Milwaukee office, where she focuses her practice on a wide range of business matters, including corporate transactions, securities, and other general corporate matters and also banking and finance matters. In addition, she has experience working with a wide range of tax law matters.
Nicole has experience assisting clients with a wide range of legal issues, including preparing and negotiating commercial contracts, assisting in merger and acquisition transactions, analyzing exempt securities offerings, preparing Regulation D private placement memoranda, drafting various corporate organizational documents, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and other agreements related to the operation of closely held businesses, and providing general business counseling.
Nicole also has experience in structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing commercial financing transactions. She has experience with credit facilities of various sizes and types, including single lender and syndicated commercial loans, mezzanine or subordinated debt financings, construction loans and credit enhancements for tax-exempt and revenue bonds.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a tax intern for a global professional services network, as well as a corporate tax law clerk for an energy group.
