Michelle advises pharmacy benefit managers, pharmacies, and other healthcare entities on diverse regulatory and compliance matters.  

Michelle has experience representing healthcare clients in contract negotiations related to the 340B Federal Drug Pricing Program and various other healthcare transactions.

Prior to her time with the firm, Michelle served in various project management roles for several engineering firms. She has worked with domestic and foreign private and governmental entities to facilitate successful project planning, execution, and completion, particularly within the transportation and power generation industries.
