For more than 35 years, Michael has represented businesses and individuals in matters involving family law, litigation, real estate, personal injury and business law. He is a member of Husch Blackwell’s Financial Services & Capital Markets team.
In the area of family law, Michael has negotiated and tried numerous cases resulting in multimillion-dollar judgments. He has been appointed numerous times as a guardian ad litem to protect the rights of children, and he is frequently appointed by judges and hired by other counsel as a mediator in family law disputes. He has deep experience with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as paternity and visitation matters. Michael has been certified in collaborative divorce, a conciliatory alternative to "traditional" divorce.
