Michael represents public and private companies across the spectrum of business transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. He also counsels clients on matters relating to fund formation, securities offerings and corporate governance. Michael understands the nuances of SEC regulations and applies this insight to guide clients through successful transactions.

Having worked as corporate counsel for an international semiconductor corporation, Michael applies his former experience to assist clients in drafting and negotiating both routine and highly complex commercial contracts. He enjoys getting deeply involved in the details of each client case in order to answer questions, alleviate concerns, and identify and prevent issues before they become problems, allowing businesses to proceed with confidence.

Outside the Office

Michael devotes much of his time to his wife and two young sons. He and his family enjoy outdoor activities and traveling. Michael also spends time in the gym and on the golf course.
