Melissa is a senior paralegal and a member of the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets team. She concentrates in the areas of contract disputes, employer and employee relations disputes, collections matters, fraud, civil antitrust claims and issues relating to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). She also has experience in franchise law, covenants not to compete and trade secrets, corporate securities, banking, real estate, partnership, landlord and tenant, breach of fiduciary duty and product liability claims.
Melissa is experienced in all phases of the litigation process at the state and federal levels. She manages cases from initial investigation through large-scale document production, arbitration and pretrial preparation. She assists attorneys with complex, multiparty, high-profile litigation cases at trial and is highly skilled in trial software systems such as Sanction.
