Megan represents clients in and out of the courtroom with complex litigation.

Level-headed, detail-oriented and diligent are just some of the qualities clients and legal teams appreciate about Megan’s handling of litigation matters in and out of the courtroom. She looks at an issue from all angles, offering due diligence, innovative strategies and persuasive arguments across discovery, trials and arbitrations.

Megan has experience assisting small and large clients across industries, including individuals, healthcare providers and educational corporations. She guides breach of contract issues, and trademark and patent cases, among other matters.

She moves clients forward and collaborates with them to create solutions in concert with their business goals and desired end results. She is proactive about understanding clients’ expectations and communicates clearly about options.

Megan is something of a self-taught sommelier.

After much self-study she is considering certification to deepen her appreciation of identification of grapes, color, intensity, smell and viscosity. Megan enjoys visiting local restaurants, wineries and breweries with family and friends.
