Maryellen is a finance-focused paralegal with a passion for closing deals.

With more than 20 years of experience, Maryellen knows the ins and outs of lending and finance. She has worked extensively in real estate law, facilitating a mixture of property development, acquisition and financing matters for legal teams. Her experience includes title and survey review, lease abstracting and document drafting.

Maryellen first developed her interest in lending and finance law while working in a local government land use office. She enjoyed seeing projects come to fruition, and pursued a career as a paralegal. Today, she finds great satisfaction in solving clients’ complex problems and closing the deals that secure the financing they need to reach their business goals.

Outside the Office

Maryellen is an amateur chef who loves to cook just about anything. Her favorite cuisine is Italian, but she most enjoys simply trying new recipes, as well as traditional holiday baking.

With much of her family back in her native Connecticut, she also visits the New York City area whenever she has a chance.
