Overview

A member of Husch Blackwell’s corporate and securities group, Mary focuses her practice on mergers, acquisitions and commercial contracting.

Additionally, Mary has experience in issues affecting non-profits and organizational and governance matters related to corporations and alternative business entities. Mary is also involved with the St. Louis Cortex community, where she works closely with individual entrepreneurs and start-up companies through every stage of their process, including corporate formation, debt and equity financing, and third party contracts.

Prior to joining the firm, Mary was a Teach for America corps member and taught in Washington D.C. and Phoenix, Arizona. During law school, Mary interned with the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, where she worked primarily with state and federal public benefits.
