Mark defends clients in matters involving construction, toxic tort, product liability, premises liability and personal injury law.
Representing clients in the manufacturing, technology and chemical industries, he concentrates his practice in cases alleging industrial explosions and exposure to asbestos. Mark also represents a variety of corporate clients in a broad range of litigation matters involving contracts, regulatory issues and product literature.
Overseeing the management of client teams for several mid-sized toxic tort clients, Mark develops defense strategies, manages discovery and fact investigation, deposes fact and expert witnesses, and prepares cases for trial. He is also responsible for managing the product liability docket for a client in the fiber cement siding industry. Mark is responsible for developing, advising and implementing appropriate strategy for all phases of dispute resolution, from pre-litigation negotiations through appeal, for clients of all sizes.
Handling guardianship cases of adults and minors from start to finish, Mark is experienced in drafting and filing guardianship petitions and managing the process and procedures of service, notice and hearing on the petition.
