Marge is a senior paralegal with experience in insurance, commercial, securities, class action and toxic tort litigation.

She is adept in managing complex civil litigation cases from inception to pretrial and trial, including large-scale document production. Marge has assisted attorneys as the lead paralegal in state and federal court trials and arbitrations.

Specifically, Marge administers the collection, analysis, production and case management of documentation for litigation matters. She has also participated in numerous client interviews and depositions of witnesses and has extensive experience directly communicating with clients.

Her representative matters and experience includes:

  • Assisting as a lead paralegal for lead counsel in highly complex $1.5 billion lender liability lawsuit by a group of business entities against 22 major banks.
  • Assisting with processing of new and renewal applications for retail alcoholic beverage sales permits and licenses issued by the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission.
  • Participating in a team effort to successfully analyze and create a reserve for a book of claims for one of the world's largest insurance companies.
  • Managing a national docket of roughly 15,000 toxic tort claims against subsidiaries of one of the world's largest insurance companies.
