Maddie assists clients nationwide on commercial real estate deals.

Maddie serves on the firm’s real estate legal team, helping clients to review and close leases, purchase agreements, joint ventures and similar transactions that move their business forward. She guides a diverse range of clients, spanning both private and public investors along with developers of all sizes. Maddie enjoys collaborating with clients on a wide variety of real estate products including:

  • Boutique hotels
  • Healthcare facilities
  • Multifamily residences
  • Big-box retail stores

Clients appreciate Maddie’s background as a legal intern for both one of the world’s largest airlines and a Fortune 500 international oil, petrochemical and power corporation. In addition, she served as a summer associate at the firm.

Outside the Office

Maddie enjoys multi-day backpacking and camping.

Maddie grew up camping with her parents and four siblings. She now hikes and camps Big Bend and Palo Duro Canyon National Parks in Texas, and several national parks in Utah. She also enjoys rollerblading the Katy Trail. When not outdoors, Maddie is on the hunt for the perfect slice of carrot cake.
