Leslie’s practice focuses on labor and employment matters. She has experience litigating employment-related disputes in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, including claims related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour, and family and medical leave.

Leslie also advises employers regarding human resources issues, including employment agreements and restrictive covenants, personnel policies, discipline/discharge decisions, severance agreements, and leave and accommodation concerns. She is able to assist with workplace investigations and litigation prevention strategies.

Leslie is a frequent contributor to various industry blogs.  Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Marcia A. Crone, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas.
