Kevin is a member of the Real Estate, Development & Construction practice group, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. He has experience representing developers, syndicators and lenders in state and federal low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credit transactions. In addition, Kevin has counseled clients in the securing of various development incentives including Ch. 99 and Ch. 353 tax abatements, zoning and tax increment financing (TIF).
