Kennan is deeply passionate about healthcare law and the healthcare industry.

When choosing his career, Kennan knew that he valued working in a field where he could help people. As an undergraduate in a scientific program, he originally considered becoming a physician, but he quickly discovered that he was particularly interested in the business side of healthcare, as well as fascinated by healthcare policy. Kennan chose to purse a career in health law, with a goal of becoming first a paralegal and then an attorney.

Today, Kennan assists the Hospice & Palliative Care team in our Madison office, drafting and organizing various legal documents for hospice clients. He draws on experience in-house with a Wisconsin healthcare organization, where he assisted with the drafting of bylaws, equity agreements and other corporate documents.

Known for his attention to detail and to client’s unique business issues and situations, Kennan has built a strong reputation for his true passion for the healthcare industry. Clients can readily sense his strong interest in and knowledge about their world.
