With a passion for global connections, Kayla assists with international trade and supply chain matters.

Kayla discovered she wanted to work in the legal field as a freshman in college, when she enrolled in an introductory course taught by a law professor. She quickly found herself fascinated by legal thought and interned at a county courthouse and in a prosecutor’s office as a student. Kayla began working full-time as a paralegal as soon as she graduated.

While she has broad experience with federal and state court litigation and with criminal matters, Kayla’s goal was always to pursue a career in international law. With a minor in Arabic, Kayla studied abroad in Morocco and greatly values exposure to other cultures and languages. She understands how interconnected the world is and seeks to help clients facilitate those connections.

Kayla assists the International Trade & Supply Chain team with matters involving the production, sourcing and movement of goods, services and technology across borders. She manages document filings with the Department of Commerce and State Department and supports attorneys who provide counsel on regulatory compliance, trade remedy strategies and investigations and enforcement.

Kayla is known as an excellent communicator who strives to always keep clients fully informed and to find solutions to any challenges that arise.
