Kathryn knows a product can be the work of thousands of employees and entrepreneurs, and is passionate about their defense.

An experienced litigator with a focus on mass tort and product liability, Kathryn defends clients in matters ranging from routine liability to bet-the-company strategies. She frequently handles class action suits, toxic tort, and complex multi-district and multi-party commercial litigation in both state and federal court. Clients vary from small businesses to major corporations.

Clients appreciate her thorough work, leaving no stone unturned. Kathryn’s never caught off guard, and she ensures that judges and juries are fully informed of the medical and scientific reality of a case, so that decisions are based on facts and not emotion.

Kathryn gained trial experience early: as a young associate, she served on a team that represented a Fortune 500 company in a national multi-plaintiff case and spent nearly two months living on site. Cases are personal for Kathryn: she sees the people behind the product in question.
